How Text to Move works

  1. Say hello. Send something like "Hey, I need a mover." Our assistant replies right away and asks a few quick questions: your name, where you're moving from and to, the date, and anything movers should know, like stairs or an elevator.
  2. Send a walkthrough video. Walk through your home and send the clip in the chat. Our AI identifies and measures your furniture and boxes. Prefer typing? Just send a short list of your items instead.
  3. Check your item list. You get your list back in the chat. Add or remove anything with a quick reply, like "add a desk and office chair."
  4. Movers bid. Reply POST and your move goes out to licensed, insured movers. Each new bid arrives as a message, with the price and the mover's rating. Movers can lower their price to compete.
  5. Book by text. Reply ACCEPT with the bid number you want. You get a secure payment link for the deposit. Payment details never go through the chat itself.

Why we built it

Most people already plan their lives over text. Moving shouldn't require a new app, an account form, or an afternoon on hold. With Text to Move, the whole process, from first message to confirmed booking, happens in a conversation you can scroll back through any time.
